Val Mart Door Sales requires the user to enter a password into a prompt window that appears when the user attempts to access Val Mart's Safety and Health procedures. Sometimes Internet Explorer is set to block prompt windows from appearing, but when this is the case access cannot be granted to the Safety and Health procedures page, sending the user to Val Mart's contact page instead.

To remedy this situation, open Internet Explorer and click on the Tools menu. In this menu click on "Internet Options".

When the Internet Options window opens select the "Security" tab and then click on the "Custom level…" button.

In the "Security Settings—Internet Zone" window scroll down through the list until you see an entry called "Allow websites to prompt for information using scripted windows". Change this from "Disable" to "Enable" and then click "OK" in the Security Settings window and the Internet Options window.

Internet Explorer should now prompt the user for a password when trying to access Val Mart's Company Safety and Health Procedure guide.
